Terms of Service

1. The Service

What Am I Signing ("the Service", "we", "us") is an automated, AI-assisted tool available at https://whatimsigning.com. You submit a contract (lease, loan, or auto lease), as a PDF file or pasted text, that you upload or paste in; the Service uses this to produce a list of risky clauses found in that contract and, once you pay, a full review plus a draft letter you can send to the other party. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes another person's rights, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Payment

The Service is priced at a one-time $19 payment per contract review. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD at checkout regardless of any other currency referenced on the page. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Output accuracy

Output is generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete, contain errors, or omit relevant items. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What Am I Signing and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

6. No professional advice

This is not legal advice. The Service provides general, automated informational analysis only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Consult a qualified, licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before making decisions about any contract.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
